1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Webimitation.com (hereinafter referred to as "Service") regarding the provision of services through the platform.https://webimitation.com/.
1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2.1. To use all features of the Service, the User must create a user account by providing accurate and valid information: Login, Name, Email, Telegram Username.
2.2. The Service does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by Users; however, the provided data will be used for support communication and personal password issuance.
2.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and all actions performed under the user account.
2.4. In case of loss of access to the user account, the User must immediately inform the Service support team.

3.1. The Service provides the User with access to email automation tools.
3.2. Service provisions may additionally be regulated by separate agreements or policies published on the Service.

4.1. The User undertakes not to use the Service for purposes that violate the law and/or the Terms.
4.2. The User undertakes not to use the Service for actions that may harm the reputation of the Service, including but not limited to: spreading false information, insults, or actions aimed at discrediting the company or its services.
4.3. The User undertakes to use the Service solely in accordance with its intended purpose, functions, and provided services, refraining from actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the Service or lead to its misuse.

5.2. By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their data for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

5.4. The Webimitation Service retains all user data while the user status is active. For blocked and/or inactive users, the Service reserves the right to delete all user data.

7.1. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms. The updated version of the Terms is posted on the website and comes into force upon publication unless otherwise stated in the changes.

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
8.2. If any provision of the Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
