By using the Webimitation service, the user agrees to the anti-spam policy.
Spam is any unwanted message sent to deceive users or mislead them, as well as messages sent to recipients without their prior consent. Such a message is considered spam under the service usage framework.
As a service for automating email marketing using webmailing technology, we cannot directly prohibit spam, as we do not control the content of messages sent by our users. However, we strongly oppose the use of our service for distributing prohibited content, including but not limited to:
- False, incorrect, or misleading information;
- Unsolicited advertisements without recipient consent;;
- Messages that may violate laws or the rights of others.
When sending messages, the user must adhere to the following rules:
- The subject and text of the message must not contain false, incorrect, or misleading information;
- Messages must not be sent to recipients without their prior consent;
- The displayed text must clearly describe or represent the offered service;
- The recipient must clearly understand who is providing the service, and the message must contain a clear cost of the advertised service.
The recipient (subscriber) has the right to opt-out of receiving emails and notify the service user in a convenient way. The service user must promptly remove the recipient’s data from all mailing lists.
